Dear Caldwell,
If you have not already heard from your “3D” small group leader about joining in our congregation-wide conversation about out future, you will soon. Between now and April 28, these facilitators are reaching out to more than 20 different groupings of Caldwell folk. I want to add my voice to that of our Elders in saying that I hope you will respond and take part in this chance for us to deepen relationships and talk about some of the major areas of opportunity ahead for Caldwell.
So, please be on the lookout for a contact from someone – or respond if you’ve already been contacted. Each group will try to meet 3 times in the coming weeks as we “Discern, Discuss and Dream” about how we can continue to live out our mission statement.
