Dear Caldwell,
There is no doubt that the times in which we live seem to only get more unprecedented day by day – and with that comes a weight we carry from day to day. For the living of these days, yes, even these days, Philippians 4:13 points us to the One who offers to take our burden: “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”
With that as my prayer for you today, I wanted to offer these diversions from the brokenness of the world, each an opportunity to be with your siblings in Christ and to advance God’s purposes.
The Preachers’ Porch: Tonight at 7, Gail hosts as we reflect on Sunday’s rich World Communion service and Yara’s wonderful message. For this coming Sunday, Gail welcomes your thoughts on her selected scriptures: Isaiah 25:1-9 and Romans 5:1-5. Use the links in the cover email you received today.
