Do you have a heart for caring for our pastors and staff? Or do you thrive doing behind the scenes work, and have experience in administration, HR, compensation, or benefits to share with Caldwell? If so, we’d love to talk to you to round out our Administration and Personnel team. Potential projects include staff recognition, personnel searches, updating church documents, compensation benchmarking, or congregational communications. Committee members align to various projects based on skills, interests, and time available.
